This wild Myers Manx SR was commissioned by the man himself, Joel Rosen of Baldwin Motion/ Motion Minicar fame, to be built as a showcase for his Motion Minicar division. It is the ONLY Motion/ Manx ever built ! The car was owned by Joel Rosen and built by Bill Mitchell who was at the forefront of high performance engine development "in the day", and he still is today ! Mr. Mitchell used this unique car to tow his dragsters to the strip. It was featured in several period magazine cover articles, including an appearance on the cover of the January 1972 issue of Hi-Performance Cars (which I have). The paint was done by Gary "The Local Brush". He was also responsible for the paint work on the Baldwin Motion Stage III cars. </font>
