I would think if you as a business sell a car/cars as Motion you need permission or would face litigation. If you personally built yourself a Motion then subsequently sold the car no permission would be needed as long as it was private and not done as a business.

The seller needs to describe more of what this Motion car is. Did they make only this one? Is it a numbered car out of a run that was made? If it is just a one off tribute car then I would think it has less significance than if a line of modern Motion cars were made.

Vehicle Rarely been in public view, 126 miles showing on odometer at the time of this writing, vehicle has been in climate controlled storage and only been to four events since final assembly at GMMG INC.

2002 B4C Police Coupe originally shipped to Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet and then wholesaled to Berger Chevrolet of Grand Rapids, Mich.Then sold to Me.Vehicle was ordered with every available option from the St. Theres assembly plant with the exception of T-tops and traction control, has the 6 disc changer, leather wrapped steering with remotes and even the police engine block heater.

The Interior is a two tone leather and real suede leather and smells as new as the day I took it home, Wonderful attention to detail included even on the door panel unlike all the other ZL1's built. As he stated above, his car is the #6 car of the 69 2002 ZL1 Supercar Camaros that GMMG built.

Out of these 69, one was a Nicky commemorative, one was a Berger commemorative, one was done as a Berger race car commemorative (The Wonderone One) and this was was done as a B/M commemorative with Joel Rosen autographing it.
