It says on the door plaque that this is pace car #439...built for George A. Welter.

yes that is his name!!! he owns a zippy lube right around the corner from my shop. he always has a toy or two.

Great car with "HOT ROD" history. It would cost big $$$ to built it today. Good deal for someone.

And I thought I was the only one crazy enough to put a supercharger on a 93 Indy Pace Car! I remember seeing this car for sale a couple of years ago after I sold my 93. This car looks like a sweet deal for some serious performance and it still looks great!

Thanks to all who have inquired. Many have asked how hot does it run? Between 165-172 degrees.
Performance: 1/8 mile 6.21 @ 114mph on drag radial w/ 93octane.
Car does not have a trans brake.
Leaving from dead idle this car has a best 60ft of 1.39
