Welcome Nickey Chevrolet
 

Just noticed that we have had another member of a supercar family register with our site. Tom Stephani, who's father, uncle, and aunt founded Nickey Chevrolet in Chicago, has come on board. If this name sounds familiar, he and his brother were our guests at SCR5. Also, they spent time in the our booth at VF a couple of years ago. At the SCR, Tom had us all glued to our seats as he presented a slide presentation on the history of Nickey. Hopefully some time in the near future we can get Tom to return to the SCR.

That's AWESOME news! Nickey had their hand in all kinds of stuff, so it will be cool to see it from the inside out! Man, forthcoming books from Nickey AND Motion? SWEET...!!

Did Nickey sponser Stock Car racing back in the early 60s?? Here's a pic of a Junior Johnson '59 Biscayne Stock Car (replica) that has a familier looking sticker on the back end.. Says this replica car was built by a guy in Florida.. Any ideas?
