I Have a Made in Canada GM almost mint 1970 chevy
plastic bottle 3961557 for for sale. check it out.This bottle is so nice I wish it was made in the US so I could use it on my car.

This style began in '71 for the Novas, it effectively eliminated the bracket and jar design used in '68-'70.

I have a 70 chevelle which I have owned for 24 years
and it was built in late 69 with the same bottle 3961557, https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif only not made in Canada what gives?

Nothing Gives.
They had Contractors all over the place,making parts for them..
Magnum 500 14X7 rims (SS Rims),were also made in Canada as well as the U.S.A....and Mexico too.

I'm not sure on other applications, only the Nova's.

are you saying that a Canadian made bottle could of been used at the Kansas City plant? I also have 2 delco nos rear shocks made in Canada could they have been used in the same or other US plants?

Peter, I've sent you private Email....Havent checked part #, but picture you posted appears the same as 1970 Camaro, for which I collect EVERYTHING. Will use your pristine bottle on restoration of my 70 Camaro L-78...
