Question on value of parts please

I have an opportunity to get hold of a large lot of real NOS parts including 71 Chevelle Fenders (set), 70-72 monte fenders (set), a set of full quarters for a nova 70, a 67-69 factory cowl induction hood for a camaro, a 396 circa 1968 and a variety of doors, valances and trim pieces. could someone give me a ballpark on what the value of this stuff is? not looking to make a killing but may be able to pick up the entire lot for cheap and then would trade off for other parts for my car probably so looking for some input.
thanks'

Re: Question on value of parts please

It's hard to put a price on things; being they are worth what people are willing to pay, and the demand for them. However, I can say that if you do get those parts, I would be interested in grabbing the cowl hood from you, depending on the condition and how much you'd want.

I have a good line on some original mint and NOS cowl hoods, but one guy never updated me on it after I inquired about shipping and him not accepting COD if I paid for the shipping prior and having seen some posts about people being taken by him. All the rest won't ship sheet metal (I can see not wanting it to be damaged, sure, but there's ways to send parts without that concern).

At this point, my best bet is to drive 700 miles to San Diego to get one, if I want an original in mint or NOS. Sorry for the 'story', but I'd be very interested in that cowl and any other parts you might have, if you end up getting them. If you do, email me ( [email protected] ). Thanks.
