Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
Looks like Steve got a good deal. His came with a heck of a lot more for about the same money!

Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
It looks as though it's turned into a typical bidders war between two Newbies...

Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
Wow, you're right. The auction got over 14,000 looks and bought by a guy that registered on eBay the same day as the auction began...that's quite an $$initiation$$ to eBay.

Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
This is just a general question and not specifically aimed at the crossram auction mentioned above.
I wonder if there's ever a case on eBay where it's actually the seller bidding his own auctions up into astronomical $$$ amounts with the intent of creating a kind of emotional hysteria among other bidders as the auction close draws near? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif Speaking of $22,000 crossram setups, are they really worth that much nowadays? If so, WOW. |
Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
Not when they start repoing them in exact specs in a few months!

Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
ORG GM is just that and the $$ will still be paid to get a GM item. Repos have been done such as the OFFY intake. I would say thats as close as its going to get unless they grind off the OFFY logo and try to place a snowflake on the intake but then selling it like that would be fraud would it not.
Besides the OFFY intake with your choice of 3 tops is still on the market. Now if GM did the 3 tops and added a 2x3 like OFFY does that would be something different. |
Re: 69 Z-28 CrossRam on Ebay
My understanding is the seller of the above crossram is the one doing a exact copy to be out soon.
