ok, it might be extreme coincidence or not, but the odessa tx. record breaking superstocker sponsored by yenko at that time was dick harrell's car and driven by mike garfinkel at times, mike posted here that this car started out earlier in the year w/ nickey sponsorship and was actually a harrell / nickey built car...anyways a employee(tophat john) of dick shalla in detroit in 68- has a website and is a writer of some type, he wrote about this car in magazine's locally then and said it got sold to dick shalla personally, it had killer painted on the trunk lid, anyways they painted it at shalla's and put dick shalla sponsorship on it in large letters, it was driven at a few local races in 68 then sold used in 69 and painted completely red before being sold...now I was looking at pics of members rides at team camaro and overanxious has pics (vintage) of his 67 L78 rs/ss in 68 at the drags w/ dick shalla chevy sponsorship on it...so its either the same car or there was two 67 rs/ss BBs sponsored by shalla in 68, I only know of one so I assume he doesn't know its possibly dick harrell's car originally....wow, check out his pics of it on his webpage... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

cool the jets, their were two after all sponsored by shalla, harrells stayed red w/ shalla lettering and overanxious's has stayed in the orig owners family and has always been white, both were pictured together in racing pulse magazine around 69 if anyone can dig it up... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

Hello all.

My father and I own the white '67 Over Anxious car discussed in this thread https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/cool.gif

The car is currently under restoration as the pics show.

There are two cars mentioned in the Racing Pulse article, Dad still has a couple of copies of it matter of fact https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/laugh.gif

We are owners one and 4 I believe. I plan to start a website very soon showing the history and progress of the car.
