ID some part numbers

Cleaning up the cabinet in my shop and found some parts I can use..if they are correct for my car. Can anyone ID these numbers?

A pulley 3927116AU
A dip stick 3981088 with a red tip

Pulley is a smog pulley, installed on literally millions of cars, used for years.
