1970 LT-1 186 double hump heads
1 Attachment(s)
1970 LT-1 Z28 186 double hump heads. Dated B17 and B23 (Feb 17th and Feb 23rd) 1970. Fresh from the machine shop, where they were shot peened, equipped with a new set of 1-piece stainless steel 2.02 and 1.60 valves, a 3-angle valve job, new valve guides, new Z28 springs, PC seals, and a slight mill to clean up the deck surface. Included, but not shown in the pics are new GM guideplates and screw in studs. One chamber does have some slight pitting due to rust. These heads were originally equipped with 1.94 1.50 valves and pressed studs, so there is no valve recession issues as is common with these heads. The price is $1,000.00. (I have nearly $800.00 in machine work and parts in these heads)

Re: 1970 LT-1 186 double hump heads
Last I heard, Marlin may be needing a set of heads badly. I can't remember the dates needed, though... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

Re: 1970 LT-1 186 double hump heads
That is a good price for these heads, and the dates are within range of the Deuces. As it turns out, I don't need a set of heads, but appreciate the 'heads' up https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif
