Yenko Sunray DX photos
 

Looking for Don Yenko Sunray DX Corvette racing photos. 1967-1968 Endurance races such as Sebring and Daytona, and also 1968-1969 SCCA regional and national races are needed. Any quality photo would be great. Have been collecting for 9 years now and have some gaps in my collection. Pete, at a quick glance, it looks I only have one, a nice
B/W photo, 8-10, Don at the wheel of what appears to be '69 Vette, convertible, dark colored with #91 AP on the side, DX emblem behind front wheel and Super Sport Stingray on the rear quarter, and by the way, autographed "to Vall, Don Yenko". If this is something you would like a copy of, just holler.

Also have a another neat piece, Don's DX baseball style cap.

There are several nice pic's of both Don's race car and Don himself in the Mar/Apr 1997 edition of VINTAGE MOTORSPORT magazine. The article is written by Richard Prince, and most of the pictures are credited to the author. Also, a nice pic of Yenko's '67 L88 DX racecar. Two nice pics of a McLaren and a Can Am Lola sponsored by DANA Chevrolet.
