Re: 69 CAMARO VIN

From what I could see they looked original, no scale or rust. Painted a semi-gloss black. I don't think anyone has to worry about this Camaro, he gave a straight forward discription.

Re: 69 CAMARO VIN

Barry, Just to avoid any confusion, T Billigen is talking about the Orange X22 COPO that was listed in one of the secondary links. Not the X22 396 car with the 327 in it now

Re: 69 CAMARO VIN

I have a couple of questions on the COPO X22 Hugger Orange car. First, would'nt the car have a black tail panel like the 1st Yenko's, or has it been decided they didn't have the black tail panel. Also, the car is really early in the vins, earlier than all L-72 COPO cars, according to Ed's COPO Connection book. I'm not doubting the car, just thinking it must have been one of the very first L-72 cars, it' like the 3rd COPO vin build according to my book. The car is awesome. It takes a long time to download the pictures with a 56k modem, but worth it. Almost an instruction manual in Concours Camaro finishes. Worth a look. Wonder why
the car was pulled off Ebay....?
