SBC Valve Cover extenders Wanted
 

Anybody have a set of used Valve cover extenders they want get rid of cheap??,I Have the makeings of a Alum head motor for the car but want to run the stock Valve covers, if I can.

Does anyone know if I can sqeak them under the A/C compressor with the extenders?? I dont have the comp on the car to measure, it is up in the attic in a box right now, anyway thanx for any help.

If they are for the 67 w/air I would say they won't fit.The rear compressor bracket will hit as well as the bottom side of the compressor.Very little clearance on that right side....

Thnx that is what I was afraid of, I have some old Black and white pics and it looked tight.
I am haveing a real need for speed but wanted the car to look correct under the hood to Mr Average, Besides it looks pretty bad with the comp and parts off the car.
