62-65 NOS Nova bumper guard question

I acquired this NOS Nova bumper guard still in the box with directions. The directions are dated 1962. The two small bumper parts came with it but they are not shown on the drawing. I'm not sure if they are for a 62-65 Nova. Anyone recognize the two small parts? thanks

I recognise the big grille guard and the extender for the hood release as being 62-5 Chevy II parts. The smaller chrome parts don't look like ChevyII parts to me though.

thanks bbdon. I think they are some type of front bumper gaurd but not sure what car they are for.
