Sub Frame question ?

Can someone please tell me the correct demension for the body bushing holes on the sub frame for a 69 . ?

Are the 2 front mount holes the same as the 2 rear mounts holes?

I just had my subframe blasted and although it is in good condition , the body mount holes are opened up.

I already made plates just need hole sizes.

THANKS in advance.
Jeff

The firewall mount and rear mount holes measure 1 1/2". The core support holes are 7/8"

Not sure how big these "plates" are you made, but genrally if you buy the correct size washer from a hardware store, all you have to do is weld them in place and grind down the weld. The hole then is perfect.

Re: Sub Frame question ?

Thanks COPO Pete .

I made a template of the top of the mounting perch and cut them to fit ( using a plasma cutter , then tacked the right & left together and ground edges so they are the same.

Its all Mig welded and ground down so it looks right.
Used a Hole saw to cut correct size for bushing and then drilled the aligning hole the correct size as well.

The washer would have been easier though.
