Intake manifold identity

I can't seem to find the original application for intake #3886093...cast date of 11/5/67....I think it may have been a dual plane at one time...it has been reworked a bit.. carb is 3955205. I know what that came from.Anyone know ?????

CBTN says the intake is for a '67 L-88 Vette first released after 6/23/67.

Thanks COPO....checked CBTN website but they arent up yet...I thought this may be an L88 piece.
