This is what I don't understand. If the POP booklet contains pertinent info about a given vehicle, including the VIN#, how can those be even sold to the public? Isn't that raising eyebrows at given State driving facilities? Thanks for the watchful eye..Joel

State DMV dont care about teh owners protection plan books or POP, there for warrenty use with the company but my main concern was someone buying something like this and them finding a way to stamp it and make their vehicle what ever they want which in turn no doubt would be to turn a car into a high $$$ car

Item was bid to $510 by 6667vette then he cancelled his bids leaving the next higher bidder with a high priced item. Why do I get a feeling that 6667vette with no feedback was used to bid up the item only to cancell with under 7 hours left

It goes to show you with Ebay as with any auction know what you want to pay and dont let emotions become involved. It is not a good feeling to sit there and say 'Damn, how much did I just spend???'

Final bid that won was for $510 after 6667vette retracked a high bid of 1 grans. funny how someone would go that high and still not pick it up for 1/2 that

That is because E-bay is nonsense. I would never buy something like that even with a picture, let alone go to an auction to but a car under pressure. And who is to say that there aren't people high bidding or even the seller himself at another computer pushing the bid up? You are asking to go to the proctoligist the hard way.......Joel
