Think he'll be happy with a finders fee?

If this car is from Kentucky, I think I know which one it is?

I believe it is, I have been contacted about this car. It may only have 12K miles, but sounds like it needs a total resto from the info I got.

I think this is the same car I tried to buy last summer? I offered the fellow 40K and he said that was not enough. It is a white car, four speed, bucket seats. It was bought at Joseph Chevy in Cincinnati, OH. No motor or trans and I think it has original rearend? The way it was described it does need a total resto, one thing he did tell me is that he has the original exhaust system. The color makes it very rare, but I don't think he will get 50K for it.

I believe Vinnce E said only 2 white Yenko Chevelles were sold. Reggie J has/had one. A correct engine/trans with all the correct numbers, dates, pulleys, dist, carb, manifolds, AIR, etc., would probably cost another 10k so you will be in deep starting out at 50K. I wonder what kind of life it had to need a full resto with only 12K miles.

It seems the car was drag raced and beat pretty hard, most of the original equipment is missing. This fellow is the original owner and I do not believe he is really serious about selling the car. But he may get someone to pay 50K who really wants it. Does have paperwork. This car does not have a vinyl roof either. I have the vin around somwhere, but I don't think I will post it, may cause some controversy!

Obviously, eBay doesn't like an ad that reads "DO NOT BID" in the title! Auction has been deleted.

Why did Don Yenko use white as a Chevelle only color?
