Stripes available on a 307
 

Were these hood stripes available on a 69 307 car from the factory?

No.

The only first and second gen Camaros that had "Rally Stripes" were Z28's...any other Camaro that has them did not come from the factory that way, they were added at some point. The one exception was the 1969 pace car, that was the one non Z28 that came from the factory with the "Rally Stripes"

The Z10 also had them.

The Z10 was the hard top pace car

The Z10 had no involvement with the 1969 race.

A 69 307 could get a D90 (hockey stripe), a DX1 (hood & header) or a D96 (fender pinstripes)

Thanks all, I didn’t think a 307 car came with them but wasn’t sure. I always called them Z28 stripes.
