Just for comparison on the POP, I have a pic of a 70 Impala pop dated 10/13/69. Dealer stamp is in red ink and says:

This one is obviously different including zip code 19017. 19017 is for Chester Heights, PA. Also, the plate has no date on the tape but has the mileage at first retail sale. Pics of plate aren't great.

The other 70 pop I have pics of from a Biscayne is dated 8/11/70.

Plate has no date but does have the mileage on the tape. Lincoln Highway is not mentioned on either. Attached pic of this one too for comparison.

I grew up down the street from reedmans. I don’t know why the two different zip codes and towns for the same dealership. Reedmans was HUGE. I know they had many showrooms within their dealership. Plus a test track. Ill bet reedmans in 1970 was 175 acres. Its property was in two area codes id say
