Trying to help a friend find a 1969 Cutlass W-31 that he has the original purchase paperwork from including this window sticker. He received this from the original owner that ordered the car new, but sold the car sometime later. Hoping this car still exists!

Is there such thing as a registry for these cars?

Interesting that W31 is just called an induction system, nothing about the engine!
And dual exhaust was optional?? On a 325hp engine?

That does seem strange, you'd think that would be part of the W-31 package. It does show N10 is required, but not included with the W-31 package.

there was a black 69 w-31 auto here in Columbus Ohio owned by Frank Iezzi
car has been in Columbus Ohio since at least the early 80s

Thanks for that info. Did you know him personally?

i have not spoken to him in years.bought some NOS H/O exhaust from him for friend back around 2010.
i can stop by his house and ask him if he still has the car.
from what i remember about the car,a kid had the car for sale at an oil change place for $1500 around 1980.
my brother was going to buy it but wife shot him down.

Wow, what a needle-in-a-haystack occurrence that would be if it's the same car! Fingers crossed...

That would be great and if you could match up the VIN as well.
The story my friend got from the original owner was that he sold it you a young teenager in the mid 70's so that part of the story fits. That would be really something if it was the same car. Thanks!

It was a required option. You could not get a W-31 with single exhaust.

The engine was a 350 with select fit parts, higher compression, big valve heads, specific distributor and 4 bbl carburator and a very special cam shaft as well as a larger unique crank dampner.

The lack of proper advertising to the general public is one reason so few were sold in 1968-69.
