I never got one last year and made certain I was on the list while at the show, so it will be interesting to see if I get one this year.

We do not remove you unless you ask us to.

As an FYI, I am in Michigan and to date have not received mine yet. They are mailed out of Wisconsin and seems like our west coasters received theirs first.

We do not mail to Canada, as for several years in a row 90% never made it and the other 10% received theirs after the show in December
