1968 alleged Yenko Camaro (FB ad)
https://www.facebook.com/commerce/li...are_attachment
From ad: Real deal MacNeish Certified 1968 RS/SS 427 Yenko Sold Camaro. 17K miles. Runs, doesn't stop! Originally Sequoia Green. Minimal rust. No YC plate. Other interesting background. Please, no neighsayers, wannabe's or know it all's. Add 5 zero's to asking price. Serious inquiries only. Easily put back on road as is which was my plan. If your looking for a one of a kind car, here she is. Would consider a pre 72 GM convertible partial trade. No Camaros or Cadillacs, I don't bend that way anymore. Yes - pretty deceiving. Would be interesting to know what JM certified it as. Just RS/SS? RS/SS BB? RS/SS L78?

Subject VIN 124378N445203 We’ve looked at this car in a few past threads but whatever legitimacy it may have seems tainted now w/ added claims that cannot be substantiated? 11/24 SYC thread w/ NCRS result noting shipped to Yenko also Joel letter… https://thesupercarregistry.com/foru...d.php?t=180360 09/24 Hemmings feature on this car… https://www.hemmings.com/stories/los...72ZybRrZr6kUlg :beers: ~ Pete . |
From the Hemmings article:
"The VIN says it is a 1968 Camaro RS/SS with a 396 V-8 that was built at the Norwood, Ohio plant in June of that year." That is a pretty informative VIN. :rolleyes2: |
