Rare to find a '62 Bubbletop in any 'project car' condition, but this one definitely emphasizes the 'project.'

Seller is honest in stating that along with most of the body being junk even the frame is too. Not really a project, but a tag and documentation donor for a "rebody". No mention of a title either.
