Vintage certification question
 

Would a 1978 Camaro Z/28 qualify for certification? How does that work with the judging, would there be a individual that specializes in this era of Camaro?

Steve is the best one to comment to your question with detail, but the short answer is yes. The car needs to be a minimum of 25 years old.
