I have this copy of this book available here - it was self published and even difficult to get in the mid 90s - I tried for a long time to get one back then.

It's a first edition / not a reprint if those are out there - it has some color photos inside. There's also some pen marks inside.

But, as we tell our kids; you get what you get and you don't get upset.

These very rarely come up for sale that I've noticed and are still good reference material IMHO; always great to have on the shelf if, like me, you want to hold something to flip through...
