Registering a Canadian car in Illinois
 

Looking at a Car on BAT and it's in Canada. The seller states:

"The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a province and country that does not issue titles for vehicles. It is being sold on its Alberta registration document."

Has anyone bought a car in Canada and registered it in Illinois with this issue? Any complications? Bill
