Pair of M&H MSS001 MuscleCar tires 275/60B15
 

Pair of M&H MSS001 Muscle car series tires 275/60B15. These are new. I had these mounted. They would not fit on my car. I couldn’t jack the car down off the jack stands. I took the wheel right back off.



They are currently on back order through most vendors again.

$650 picked up.

Would not fit your LS6 454? A different car?

Should have no problem if you have the right offset on your rear tires. I have 275 60 R15 on the back of my 68 El Camino, and they have never rubbed, even when towing; and I tow a lot.

Tried the same size tire on my 69 Camaro in and M & H street slick, and even though they did not hit anything sitting still, I was afraid to drive it, as it was SOOOO close in a couple of spots. Couldn't risk ruining my new paint job.

If a 70 chevelle, you need a 15x8 wheel with a 12mm(5”) backspace. That would be perfectly centered with the 275/60-15 tire.

Hey Guys. Yes these were for my 70 Chevelle. They were mounted on a set of older Cragars. Currently I do have BFG 275 60 15 radials on 15x8 Weld wheels with 4 1/2 back space. They fit fine even with the old sagging springs, The older Cragars are 15x8 with 4 1/4 back spacing. Honestly though the M&H”s are a good inch wider and taller than the radials. I was going to try the Pro Trac 275”s which according to their description are slightly narrower than the BFG radials

Was wondering if that might be the case.

I tried a pair of those on my `67 Chevelle mounted on a pair of Centerline AutoDrag 15X8.5" wheels with 4.875" backspace and they hit both inside and outside wheelhouses.


After doing some measuring, I found them to be almost 1" wider in section width than advertised, so they came off and I went with a pair of Hoosiers in the same size. Fit like a glove. A friend has the M&H's now for his `71 GTO street toy.

I run these on my ‘69 with no issues but I obviously have the rear raised from stock. They have a 10” wide patch and an 11.7” section width. The rear wheels are 15x8 with a 4.25” backspace. I personally love them…..they’re DOT approved, look the part and hook at the track along with on the street. :burnout:

Surprised you couldn't fit those. I run a 28X12 Mickey Thompson on the back of my '66 GTO on a 10" rim with 5.5" of BS.

I would have to raise my car approximately 4 inches to get these to work with my Cragars.
