Beautiful, Expensive '73 318/3-sp Stick Dart
 

I was smitten with this '73, until I saw the price. Who would have seen 2022 values coming even 18 months ago? Super nice car, but I think the actual value is somewhere in the mid teens.

Exactly, there's nothing special about it, other than it's a very clean and well preserved car.

That was the exact same last new car my grandparents (dads side) bought. I can still remember seeing it in the garage as a kid. It brings back some memories.
