I also recommend Howard Foulds, but he is in North NJ. He did a 69 AM/FM for me and it it came out real well. There is also a guy in South NJ that re-coned my original 4x10 dash speaker

Thanks guys for the info. I've used Howard on a few radios with excellent results. My biggest problem is ups lost 2 radios in the last month and I have a 65 gto amfm and a 70 amfm stereo 8 track that I can't take a chance on.

Have you used the company in Orland park?

Yes,albeit some 10 years ago,but they were excellent.Did three 1970 UM-2's for me.
Warrantied em for 1 year after,,no complaints.
