I need some assistance deciphering this rear sway bar and links. I would like to say it's for a Nova but I can't be sure. It's been in the trunk of my 69 Z since I bought it but I am just now unpacking the contents of the car. There is nothing under the Z to make me think it was ever fitted to the car so it's just something that was thrown in the trunk at some point.

Looks alot like the one on my 70 Z/28 so maybe early 2nd Gen Camaro ??

might be a 71 or later Nova bar.?

Measure the overall width, I have bars I can check against.
At first glance it looks like the wider Gen two F body style.

42" overall. The links are 13".

1st Gen Camaro and 3rd Gen Nova rear bars are about 38-1/2" (although of 3 bars I have they are all slightly different lengths + - 1/2")
I have some later (probably 78 up) Camaro/Trans Am ones that are close to 45"

I'm stumped on 42'

70-81 same 61" wheel to wheel links were different on early VS later
what Diameter is the bar it looks like early with small bushings on links

The 38-1/2" bars fit on the spring plates which are extended towards the inside of the leaf springs.

Is it possible there are different spring mounting plates where the bushings would be mounted directly under the center of the leaf springs ?

Pretty Sure it is 4th gen Nova bar which mounted the bushing directly below the inner spring plate bolts

Here's a pic of what is claimed to be a 77 Nova bar on a 73 Nova
