Today marks the 76th anniversary of the end of the war in Europe...May 8, 1945 was VE Day.
While the Pacific conflict would rage on until August, the allies celebrated wildly the defeat of Nazi Germany on this day.

Less news about it every year, hard to believe what's become of our Nations also leaders since.:frown:
