I've never seen or heard that slogan used by Central Office, which was in charge of Chevrolet campaign slogans.
It might have been connected to a local Zone promotion, but the poorly done lettering is unlikely to have been done by GM Photographic, which produced the plates for Central Office.
It's possible a single Dealer had some made up for his promotion only back then.

I don't know if this is true but they say that if it has a Chevrolet bowtie emblem in the top that's 60s and if it says Chevrolet on the top of the tag that's more 70s

This plate with the cardboard backing has been on my 1965 Corvette survivor since day 1, sold new at Sutliff Chevrolet. There is actually a lip on the top back of the plate that holds the cardboard in place.
