I've owned this car for 8 years and just finished a nut and bolt frame-off. It's on Bring a Trailer currently and hopefully all your questions will be answered there. No rear sway bars on GTOs until 1970. Pontiac engineering was late to that party, esp compared to Oldsmobile.

NO rear sway bar in 69 for the GTO
