what year was that picture taken?

At least 1992, judging by the cars in the picture. Check out the 666 plate on the lancer!

What year did Baldwin Auto close?

Baldwin Chevrolet closed sometime between 1972-73. Motion Performance was at that location until the mid 1990s, but unsure of the exact year.

Motion was still using a small section of the building in the 1990s for their mail order parts business
