1969 chevelle bumper bracket color

What is the correct color for the bumper brackets front and rear for a Baltimore built 69 Chevelle? They appear to be a very low gloss or flat black.

Low gloss black is correct. Can't give you a gloss % level. A nice satin black will work fine.
