Do you get the part back that you send them? I sent my mint rust free alternator from a California car to Perkle years ago and he sent back a alternator that had a very pitted shaft where the nut goes on the fan. Very discouraging.

From my experience, you can specify core exchange or if you'd like the specific unit restored.

Yes, I got my own parts back. Turnaround was about a month.
