Biscayne question
 

Hello All, I have a 1966 Biscayne big block turbo 400 very nice car. My question is, It has all new wiring and has 4 grounds. two from engine to body and two from body to frame. But when Im driving and hit the turn signal or the bright lights the car cuts out for a second. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Brad
