Cool Vintage Header ID

Looking to ID this set of headers. There are no numbers stamped on the flanges or anywhere else I can see. They are orange and appears to be original paint. They were barely used looking inside them. Thanks, Larry 5203492337

I'd like to hear what those sound like on a car.

Mounted them on a sbc 350 for visual. They fit angle plug heads. Any idea of the brand. There the same orange color as MT Headers. Thanks, Larry

I wonder if they might be from an old NASCAR team? Maybe they weren't a factory built set, but a custom made set.

Or old road racer w/ extra clearance of the dual exit, where's Jon M?:hmmm:
Note squared tubes at head flange also flat top edge when seeking maker as most are round w/ indents in top edge.
Super cool whatever they are!
:beers:

Those have to be custom made headers not something from a catalog. I'm sure they are for a race car and the ends are done spread out like that for ground clearance and to keep them tucked up close to the floor. That number 8 tube goes back farther than most stock firewalls I've ever seen on a Chevy so again that makes me think of a race car with an altered firewall. Just my 2 cents worth.

Still haven't found out about these headers. It turns out that this motor that was in that 70Z race car is a Traco built 355. It is stamped on the front of each head Traco 744. The heads are Brownfield aluminum no bolt holes for acc. Researching Traco online they have a lot of race and engine building history. Pretty cool piece. Larry
