69 rs headlight / vac switch
 

what is the correct way to bench the vac switch mounted to the headlight switch does it hold vacuum or slowly bleed off

I don't believe they are supposed to bleed down or "leak", personally on the black RS/Z I don't ever remember the switch hissing after shutting the car down.
