Yep...I remember seeing this movie as a kid,it wasn't as good as Vanishing Point released a year earlier.
You could see why this was an overseas release.

Have a few things from VP, Clevon Little's script, signed movie posters, etc.

It looks like it drove quite a while with the frame buckled badly!

That was filmed in New Orleans, the levee scene's along the Mississippi River and the last part at the Lakefront.

I wonder how many they trashed filming that? More than 2! I love the wheel cover flying off the front of one of the pursuit police cars and rolling by.
