'72 Formula #s 400/4-sp, Running/Driving Project
For the $8k opening bid, this could be a fantastic deal, or the start of a protracted headache :)
Definitely needs an in-person inspection, but I'm not seeing many #s 2nd-gen Formulas out there for this price. It's a 350 car. Might as well make a Brewster T/A clone out of that one.

Well my bad - I thought all 70-3 Formulas were 400 or 455.... Learn something new everyday.

Seller is now claiming that the "ticking" at idle is the sound of the solid lifters installed as part of the stock rebuild. Don't think so.
Still, if the body is really as good as he says, it is a great candidate for an LS swap. |
Even as a 350 car, $10,700 was a deal on that Formula.
