I found these at my moms house, she used to stuff envelopes, being from the Motor City, a lot were Auto Related. I have a handful, they all have a dealership on. 5$ shipped in a reg legal envelope. After all, that’s how they used to ship. More coverage avail at a higher cost. These are from the late 60’s to early 70’s. I remember helping her do them. They are just plastic. Some are not perfect. There’s one from Ed Bailey in Royal Oak, I don’t remember where that dealership was. Perhaps down the road from Royal Pontiac.
