Ball Joint Bolts that Look Like Rivets ???

Anybody reading have thoughts on using the INLINE TUBE
"Rivet Bolts" vs The Total Cost Involved" of having real rivets installed.

The ONLY show where these might be seen is the Camaro Natl's

I dont need a lecture on authenticity and quality restorations.....

Chuck,

They work great! Use thread locker.
As long as you do not care for 100% GM Accuracy.
IMO....They are the next best install to stock.....over the bolted versions.

FWIW.

If you use the bolt in style rivets follow the included instructions. I used the ones that had the serrated head, hoping they would grab the control arm making tightening easy. The instructions said to clamp the ball joints TIGHTLY in place with vise grips and then tighten the nuts. I thought I have a impact who needs to use vice grips, well the heads spun before getting really tight. I can't explain it, but using the vise grips allowed me to get the nuts considerably tighter.
