I think you mean 19B39361X
You are missing a number and the 8 is not the one missing... the 8 represents a B or is a B for Baltimore. 1 represents Chevrolet Motor division 9 Represents the YEAR the next digit is an ALPHA character for the assembly plant then the serial number is the remaining 6... Check the VIN and report back. |
That is all there is on the pad. Upside down from each other. I have a picture on my phone of it if I can text it to someone that can post here from there phone..Tks

It came out of a 69 DY Yenko Camaro around 1985.
