This is on a 69 Z28. Never saw one look like this. What is it?

BFT. Center hole is the wrong size to locate the bearing retainer, unless a spacer was used to take up the slack.

Truck bell housing.

Yeah, truck bell housing. You need to replace it with a car bell housing before the transmission gets damaged. The correct 403 bellhousing is not hard to find, but it takes the smaller clutch and 153 tooth fly wheel.

If you need one i have a bunch of them

I don't need one. This is a car for sale some what local to me.

Just never saw one like that before.
