Looks like an original black-on-red car sold out of Felix in Los Angeles...no idea why someone would make a Nickey clone out of this car but I'm guessing it was done before the NCRS docs were available.

Sorry, I was looking at the photo on my phone at the end of the day and it looked like a cowl hood... I like everything about that car!
