Neat 64 326/stick Lemans

I love these early manual trans A-body Pontiacs. This one looks like a sweet one...tough to find a stick Lemans that hasn't been cloned into a GTO. I've bought way worse for the $10,500 asking price....

Interesting piece of trivia on the Pontiac 326 engine . . .

The engine's true CI is 336 not 326. The reason for the subterfuge was GM Management not wanting an engine bigger than the Chevy 327 which was the largest engine you could get in the Corvette being upstaged by a mid size Pontiac with a bigger CI engine.

Fascinating. Never heard that one...and I thought I had heard it all? Lol.

Add a set of pinstripe whitewall US Royals and call it good.
