You shouldn't have any issues PMing. Have you had any issues in the past or did this just start. Perhaps something in your settings is incorrect.

The reason I asked who you were trying to pm is the member above has his pm's shut off, so he cannot be reached that way. In your case both of you should be able to pm, I see nothing stopping you from doing that.
