Appliance Headers...again

3 Attachment(s)
I just acquired these headers. I read up what I could about Appliance from other posts. I am hoping the more experienced on here can tell me more? Like how old these may be? Are they Appliance (consensus)? and, where is the part number located? They are for a BBC. Guy I got them from said they were either on his 67 Chevelle or his 68 Camaro, but could not remember?:youguysrock:

Most likely Appliance.
More than likely Chevelle vs Camaro.
The right side (passenger side) has tubes past the flange end towards the firewall where Chevelles have much more room.

This link shows Appliance headers for Chevelle plus where the p/n is stamped. Yours are close but not exactly the same.

I don't think they will work on a '67-'69 Camaro because of the #7 tube. It looks like it would interfere with a Camaro steeering box/pitman arm.

Thank you. I read that post, but I did not see where the part number location was mentioned. And, I compared mine to those in the post, and mine are not like those in the post , agree.

Have to agree -- they look like Appliance ... TAZ

Could also be early Mr Gasket or Blackjack-both had the square header flange. Blackjack still had the square header s flange well into the 80's.

Part number is either on the flange or down by the collector

Never mind. I see now where the part # is. Even a blind hog gets lucky and finds an acorn once in while!

Edit: Ok, found what I was after. Much thanks to all and thank you Jon, Taz others. By the number found! and comparing to the catalog, it is Appliance and for 1970-1 Camaro BB.
